Boys Javelin
I started Coaching boys and girls spring track at SHHS in 2000 with throws being my expertise, specifically Javelin. In 2005, I started to help with the Indoor season with throws, long jump and triple jump. Then in 2010 joined Coach Coren in Cross Country and have been loving coaching all 3 seasons since.
